The mission of Main Street Arts is to promote the work of regional, national and international artists, encourage the creation of art and foster art education; to increase community outreach and relationship building as related to the arts; to offer artistic workshops; and to develop community awareness regarding the arts.

In January of 2018, Main Street Arts made the change from a for-profit business to a nonprofit arts organization. This change started as we began to take a closer look at how we have grown over the years, and where we would like to go in the future. In this process, it became apparent that the mission and goals of Main Street Arts have evolved into that of a nonprofit organization.

Please consider making a donation to Main Street Arts! We need your support to help us grow our artist residency program, to expand youth programming — giving kids the opportunity to have an immersive art experience in an art gallery — and to continue our mission of promoting  the work of regional artists, encouraging the creation of art, and fostering art education in the community.
