“My vibrant pottery combines bold forms and arresting surfaces in a celebration of life, togetherness in the home, and the joy that the potter’s steadfast studio practice can bring. I choose a fearless underglaze color palette to decorate my work, breaking my forms into color blocks, illustrations, and punctuating design elements that accentuate form.”
This year marks Brooke’s 30th year in clay. After receiving her BFA in ceramics from WVU, she has been a studio potter with several of those years sharing her knowledge with her students, through classes and workshops. Brooke and her family currently reside in Fairport, NY.
